View at the SenateEvery project goes through a documentary checklist, due diligence and compliance review before entering the National Opportunity Bank. Investors receive the full structuring record, not a sales deck.
States and municipalities arrive with infrastructure needs; the Executive Secretariat translates them into modellable projects, with revenue, term and auction criteria defined under Brazilian concession and PPP practice.
International engagement happens through missions, roadshows and curated negotiation tables, bringing together sovereign wealth funds, development banks and investment promotion agencies.

ESG and sustainable development
Signatory to the UN Global Compact and aligned with the 2030 Agenda. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals are a project qualification criterion, not a communications badge.
Compliance, due diligence and documentary traceability across the project lifecycle.
Projects assessed by social and environmental externality, not return alone.
Auditable documentation and public criteria for qualifying opportunities.

Goal 7Affordable and clean energy
Through this agenda, funds will be created and auctions held in pursuit of the sustainable development goals, with social and environmental externality assessed in every project.
