InvestBrasil and Saka Holding Announce a Strategic Partnership for Investments in Ports, Storage Facilities, Energy, and Refineries in Brazil

The Brazil–Turkey partnership aims to attract investment in port infrastructure, fuel storage facilities, and diesel supply, as well as to foster cooperation in the energy, foreign trade, financial technology, engineering, and finance sectors.

Parceria estratégica entre InvestBrasil e Saka Holding, representada pelas bandeiras do Brasil e da Turquia e por elementos de infraestrutura, energia, portos e logística internacional.

InvestBrasil and Saka Holding are moving forward with a strategic partnership aimed at attracting international investment and developing new business opportunities in Brazil. The initiative brings together Brazilian and Turkish expertise, with an initial focus on port infrastructure, fuel storage, and diesel supply for the domestic market.

The proposal for cooperation includes investments in ports and storage facilities—known as storage tanks—which are essential for expanding logistics capacity, improving supply security, and increasing the efficiency of fuel distribution in the country. These assets play a strategic role in integrating imports, storage, transportation, and service to major consumption centers.

In the energy sector, the partnership also calls for the establishment of a diesel supply arrangement with Brazil, with InvestBrasil acting exclusively as the representative and handling the commercial development of the operation within Brazil. The implementation of this model will be subject to the formalization of contractual agreements, compliance reviews, applicable regulatory authorizations, and the commercial terms of each project.

Saka Holding is described on its corporate website as a multinational group headquartered in the United Kingdom, founded by Dr. Aziz Saka, with an international presence. Its activities include energy, foreign trade, financial technology, engineering and construction, banking and financial services, wealth management, foreign exchange, project development, logistics, and international trade solutions.

This multisectoral approach creates opportunities for cooperation that go beyond fuel supply. Engineering and construction projects can support the deployment and modernization of terminals, port facilities, and storage facilities. The financial and technology sectors can contribute to the structuring of investments, foreign trade operations, payment methods, and solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and traceability of transactions.

For Brazil, the initiative could lead to new investments in critical infrastructure, diversification of suppliers, and the strengthening of energy and logistics chains. The development of ports and storage facilities also has the potential to create jobs, expand operational capacity, and stimulate related investments in transportation, storage, technology, and specialized services.

International cooperation is one of the tools for turning opportunities into concrete projects. In this process, InvestBrasil will work to connect with local partners, identify assets and opportunities, facilitate institutional dialogue, and support the responsible structuring of initiatives, in accordance with Brazilian law and best practices in governance, integrity, and sustainability.

The partnership between InvestBrasil and Saka Holding strengthens economic ties between Brazil and Türkiye and establishes a platform for evaluating projects in different regions of Brazil. The next steps include finalizing the details of the investments, conducting technical and financial analyses of the opportunities, and defining the implementation and operational models.

With planning, legal certainty, and cooperation among companies and institutions, Brazil can expand its energy and logistics infrastructure, attract long-term international capital, and strengthen its position as a strategic destination for productive investments.
